Prices for grid fees are determined according to the 'Regulation on economic and technical reporting, revenue framework for grid operations, and transmission tariffs' established by the NVE (Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) pursuant to the regulation of December 7, 1990, no. 959 § 7-1, issued under the Energy Act.
